All financial transactions processed through our platform are voluntary contributions (donations). We do not sell physical goods or merchandise, and nothing will be shipped or fulfilled.

2. Payment and Contributions

By submitting a donation through our website, you confirm that you are authorised to use the designated payment method. All donations are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

3. Refund Policy

Because financial contributions are immediately applied to support our community programs, all donations are final and non-refundable. If you believe an error was made with your transaction (such as a duplicate charge), please contact us at contact@jajjalibrary.org within 7 days of the contribution.
