All financial transactions processed through our platform are voluntary contributions (donations). We do not sell physical goods, merchandise, or products, and nothing will be shipped or fulfilled.

2. Payment and Contributions

By submitting a donation through our website, you confirm that you are authorised to use the designated credit card, debit card, or payment account. All donations are billed in the currency stated at checkout and are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (such as Shopify Payments).

3. Refund Policy

Because financial contributions are immediately applied to support our operations and community programs, all donations are final and non-refundable. If you believe an error was made with your transaction (such as a duplicate charge), please contact us at contact@jajjalibrary.org within 7 days of the contribution.
