Because Jajja Library is a donation-based organisation dedicated to supporting our library's mission and community programs, we do not sell physical goods, products, or merchandise. Consequently, standard return, exchange, and shipping policies do not apply.

Donation Refund Policy

All financial contributions and donations made to Jajja Library are considered voluntary and final. Because funds are immediately put to work to support our operational costs and library services, we generally do not offer refunds on donations.

Exceptions for Erroneous Transactions

We recognise that errors can sometimes occur during online transactions. If you believe an error was made in connection with your online donation—such as an accidental duplicate charge or an incorrect amount entered—please contact us immediately.

To request a review of an accidental transaction, please reach out to us at contact@jajjalibrary.org within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
